Vaginal Steam

Vaginal steaming has been practiced by many indigenous cultures for many years. Plant medicine is used to bring healing and clarity to the womb. Our womb is our center of creativity and the herbs used in this treatment are picked specially for you to honor this space. 

During the Cuarentena (4th trimester) vaginal steaming can support in the healing of the uterus and vaginal canal after birth. Supporting you in closing the body, healing tears, and ease discomfort when using the restroom. Another great benefit of vaginal steaming is an increase in sex drive. 

Fajadas

It has been a tradition in my family for many generations to bind the belly of the women after birth. In Spanish we call this "The Fajada" and you can commonly hear a grandmother scolding there daughter if they don't wear theirs. The faja is wrapped around the torso and used to help support the healing and closing of the body after such sacred hard work. The womb needs support during this time of recovery and wrapping your  sacred belly can help you and speed up recovery. 

Herbal body Bath

Plant medicine; so natural, so earthy, so grounding! The beautiful looking and yummy smelling plants provide so many benefits to our bodies. Helping them heal, soothe, and relax after a long hard day. They help clear our mind and relax our nervous system. 
After receiving your baby Earth side, herbal body baths can help in all of the above but in addition, they can promote healing from your birth.

Postpartum Massage

Massage during the postpartum stage is very beneficial in inducing relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, hormone regulation, reduced swelling, better sleep, and improv breastfeeding. The first 40 days after giving birth are called The Quarentena, during this time you should take extra care of yourself to help with your recovery and bonding with baby.
