Since 2019, I’ve supported families across California, guiding them to empowered births.

Becoming a parent is a sacred transition. Birth is not just a physical experience — it is emotional, spiritual, cultural, and deeply personal. My Tlali Birth Preparation Series is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and community, while grounding you in knowledge that helps you move through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum with ease and power.

Since 2019, I have supported families through birthwork, bodywork, and traditional knowledge. This series is the heart of everything I’ve learned working with hundreds of parents across California. I created this program because families deserve guidance they can trust, support that respects their culture, and education that truly prepares them for the realities of hospital birth.

This series is the place where you learn, connect, practice your skills, and walk into birth feeling deeply supported.

Together, we navigate this path with embodied consent

—honoring what YOU want, how YOU feel, and the questions that matter to YOU. There is no right way, only the way that feels right for YOU.

What Makes This Birth Prep Series Different?

Most birth classes focus on information.
My classes focus on transformation.

Here, you don’t just learn what might happen — you learn how to move through birth feeling:

  • In control of your decisions

  • Connected to your partner and support team

  • Deeply confident and grounded

  • Emotionally prepared for the unknown

  • Equipped to navigate the medical system

  • Supported by a community of other expecting parents

  • Prepared for the postpartum reality (not just the “baby shower version”)

My approach blends:

  • Childbirth education

  • Culturally-rooted care

  • Hospital system navigation

  • Trauma-informed advocacy

  • Body mechanics, comfort, and movement

  • Breastfeeding foundations

  • Postpartum planning + injury prevention

  • Family boundaries

  • Traditional ways of caring for the body during and after birth

This isn’t a class you take to “be informed.” This is a class you take to be ready.

Private 1:1 Calls With Me

Included with your series are personalized calls where I support you individually. These calls help you:

*Review the material at your own pace

*Ask questions specific to your pregnancy
