Relieve some weight from your back, neck, shoulders and feet. Your body has been going through so many changes, some time on the massage table can help reduce stress, support emotional state, reduce anxiety and induce relaxation.
Trigger Point Massage

Your body has been working so hard to create this beautiful new being and is getting ready to bring them Earth side. Beginning at week 38 you are welcome to receive some trigger point work to try and naturally induce your labor. We cannot guarantee any outcome from this massage. However, we can support your body in increasing circulation, supporting relaxation, and supporting you in mind body connection which can highly benefit your labor experience.
New Parent Massage

Enjoy a relaxing full body Swedish massage personalized to your specific needs. This is an ideal session for anyone who is 6 months postpartum and beyond, birth partners, and any other person who is caring for a baby. Your body is very likely going through a lot caring for a new baby, treat yourself to a relaxation massage.

You may have many questions about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. Whatever the topic is please book a consultation where you will have our undivided attention. We will use this time to answer all of the questions you may have and provide you with details on how to move forward. This appointment is for you to get to know one another and is completely free of obligation. We understand you may be interviewing a few people to decide who is going to be the right fit for you and your family. Please know there are other birth and body workers you can also connect with on our Resources page on this website. Please be sure to bring all of your questions.

Birth Education Classes

Let's talk about it! It is much better to be over prepared than underprepared. Four - 2-hour classes Time and space to ask all of your questions. Class #1: Birth Rights Did you know you & baby have birth rights? In this class we go over what they are, how you and your partner can implement them. We also cover what to do if rights are violated and so much more. Class #2: Common Medical Vocabulary When birthing in a hospital your medical staff can use terminology that can sound scary when you are in labor. Together we will go over all of these terms and what they mean so if you hear them, you know when and if there is a real emergency. Class #3: Interventions Have you herd of embodied consent? In this class we learn about embodied consent and how it applies to your birth experience. Learning about what all these interventions are before your labor will help you and your partner make informed decisions for your birth. We learn what interventions are, how they are administered, and potential risks. Class #4: In this class we will learn about what you could expect in the immediate postpartum stage when baby is born. What could baby look and feel like, what could happen to mom, when do you get to go home and so much more.
