Let's talk about it! It is much better to be over prepared than underprepared. Four - 2-hour classes Time and space to ask all of your questions. Class #1: Birth Rights Did you know you & baby have birth rights? In this class we go over what they are, how you and your partner can implement them. We also cover what to do if rights are violated and so much more. Class #2: Common Medical Vocabulary When birthing in a hospital your medical staff can use terminology that can sound scary when you are in labor. Together we will go over all of these terms and what they mean so if you hear them, you know when and if there is a real emergency. Class #3: Interventions Have you herd of embodied consent? In this class we learn about embodied consent and how it applies to your birth experience. Learning about what all these interventions are before your labor will help you and your partner make informed decisions for your birth. We learn what interventions are, how they are administered, and potential risks. Class #4: In this class we will learn about what you could expect in the immediate postpartum stage when baby is born. What could baby look and feel like, what could happen to mom, when do you get to go home and so much more.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment’s scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ advance notice will be charged a Late Cancellation fee up to the full cost of the booked session.
